Sales Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW

Postremo IT are hiring our first dedicated sales hire in Dubai. This is a founding sales role - you will not be slotting into an existing team or working someone else's playbook. You will help and contribute to building our sales function from the ground up.

We help organisations modernise, secure and transform how they work. That covers managed services, device management, cloud migration, security and full digital transformation projects. We work with clients in demanding, high assurance environments and we are known for technical rigour and getting the detail right.

We have built a strong delivery reputation and now we want to grow. We need someone to lead the commercial charge. You will own the full sales cycle, work directly with our technical co-founder and delivery team, and have a genuine say in how we go to market. If you want founding team influence and a clear path into regional leadership as the team grows, this is that role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full sales cycle in the UAE, from prospecting and first conversation through to signed contract
  • Sell across the full Postremo IT portfolio: managed services, device management, cloud, security and digital transformation
  • Map the Dubai market, identify the right target organisations, and open doors that turn into long-term client relationships
  • Build and manage an accurate, well-qualified pipeline
  • Work closely with our co-founders and delivery team to shape proposals that genuinely fit the client
  • Represent Postremo IT in the UAE market and be the local face of the business
  • Work to agreed KPIs across activity, pipeline health and revenue

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience and education

  • A proven track record selling IT services, managed services or technology consulting, ideally in the UAE or wider GCC
  • Clear evidence of running deals end to end: prospecting, qualifying and closing without hand-holding
  • Experience working with both technical buyers and senior business decision makers
  • Degree level education or equivalent professional experience

Technical skills

  • A solid working understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud, device management, security or digital transformation
  • Confident holding technical conversations with IT buyers and non-technical stakeholders alike
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to manage pipeline and reporting

Desirable skills

  • An existing network in the Dubai business community
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients in the UAE or GCC
  • Familiarity with IT managed services or digital transformation projects
  • A consultative sales style: listen first, sell the right solution rather than the biggest one

Certifications

  • No specific certifications required. Vendor or industry sales certifications are a welcome bonus.

Soft skills

  • Strong written and spoken English. All client communication, proposals and correspondence will be in English. This is a firm requirement
  • Self-motivated and resilient. Being first into a market is genuinely interesting work, but it takes grit
  • Confident taking initiative and following through without close supervision
  • Comfortable working to targets and being measured on performance
  • Arabic alongside English is a plus, not essential

Other requirements

  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate before starting
  • Must be eligible to work in the UAE. Postremo IT can provide visa sponsorship where needed
  • Regular attendance at the Postremo IT office

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Based in Dubai, UAE
  • Office-based with a regular in-office cadence expected
  • Travel within the UAE for client meetings as required
  • Full-time, permanent position
